When should I book postpartum doula care?
It’s best to book during pregnancy to secure availability. However, I work with families from the first hour postpartum up to 3 years postpartum.

Do you offer overnight postpartum support?
At this time, I only offer daytime postpartum care with a focus on nourishing support, newborn guidance, and maternal recovery.

How long do you typically work with a family postpartum?
Each family’s needs vary. Some book single-day visits, while others book multi-day packages spanning weeks or months. I recommend 6 visits booked within the first 6 weeks to fully support your recovery.

When can I receive postpartum bodywork after birth?
You can begin bodywork as early as the ifrst few hours after birth, depending on your comfort level. Sessions are tailored to support cesarean recovery, vaginal birth healing, and overall postpartum well-being.

Do you offer in-home sessions or do I come to you?
Yes! All postpartum sessions are done in the comfort of your home so you can rest and heal in your space.

I currently serve Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Travel beyond 50 miles from my home base may include additional fees.

Maternity: Best scheduled between 28-36 weeks of pregnancy.
Birth: Booking by 30 weeks is ideal, with on-call availability starting at 38 weeks.
Postpartum: Sessions are best within the first 2 weeks postpartum to capture those early bonding moments.
